What is the minimum investment?
The minimum investment is ₹10 lakh. You choose how much ownership to buy based on your budget.
What return does Dream Alpha offer?
Dream Alpha offers a 12% assured minimum annual return. If the property's value grows more than that, the gain is yours too.
Can I sell my ownership later?
Yes. Dreamland Group offers an assured buyback and stands ready as your first buyer. You can also resell through the live e-auction marketplace in the app.
How is my investment secured?
Dream Alpha lists only RERA-registered projects, and every investment is backed by an agreement on government e-stamp paper.
Can NRIs invest?
Yes. Indians living in Canada, Australia or anywhere in the world can invest from wherever they are.
